Hello. I'm the host of freeform.org. I don't write online too much, so don't expect to see too much original content on this site, or even many timely updates for that matter. In other words, this is no "blog".

Though I don't dish out my Life details online, what you will find here (besides the requisite occupation based info) is a nice little guide to one of my defining passions: cosmic groove

For the last many years its been my plan to include my thoughts and philosophy on what it means to "be free to your form", but I just can't seem to get my act together and make it happen. Now ain't that saying something? ha. :) But really, what have i got to say that hasn't already been said? Ideally though, we would come together in a physical realm and grow to know eachother through the passage of time. The old-fashioned way.

But, I will say that I am a fun loving slacker geek, who is passionate about music (especially cosmic groove), human-computer interfaces, nature and outdoor activities, living a healthy Life, building things (both physical and virtual), with a belief in the mind-body-spirit connection and the almighty Life Love Force.
